The important thing is recognizing the things that may need improvement and being willing to address them. "I would have to say that one of the things I'd like to improve about myself and that most people recognize about me is I always want to be the 'fixer.' While I know that this is not always a negative thing, for me, I have often let the fact that I couldn't fix a certain situation be something that troubled me. On a lighter note, I believe I have a positive, outgoing personality. I enjoy getting to know others and like to make them feel comfortable."

Focus on describing a 'bad' quality that the interviewer can construe as a good one. For example, you can say a good quality you have is that you are willing to take on many projects, but your bad quality is you end up becoming a workaholic.

I would say one of my best qualities is that I am super caring and tend to put the needs of others before mine. I always love to give the bigger share. However, one thing I must work on is to learn to create a balance in my life with respect giving so much that I tend to be exhausted...
