"I have worked with clients internationally and understand the importance of accurate scheduling. Before beginning any new project, I always like to verify the differences in time zones, what specific duties I will be expected to carry out, and the deadline. I then create a schedule on the computer with daily reminders that I check each morning and make sure I am on schedule."

"I like to stay on track with projects. I am a visual learner, and because of that, I make a schedule on paper and keep it in a visible place (desktop/bulletin board, etc.). As I complete a task, I mark it off and move to the next."

The interviewer wants to know that you have the time management and organizational skills necessary for the position. Describe any tools you use to manage your time, such as apps, software, day planners, phone alerts, etc.
