"I have worked with clients internationally and understand the importance of accurate scheduling. Before beginning any new project, I always like to verify the differences in time zones, what specific duties I will be expected to carry out, and the deadline. I then create a schedule on the computer with daily reminders that I check each morning and make sure I am on schedule."

I am currently a Medication technician. Hence, my job description entails passing meds at different times, and most times we have several clients having to take their medications at the same time. However, I am the only one passing the medications. In cases such as this, I prioritize and make a scale of the emergency. I use my notepad and ensure that I work smart and on time.

What do you record and how does this help you? Some other time management techniques you could mention here include setting goals and time limits, remaining organized, delegating non-essential tasks, and planning.
