If you anticipate a move or other significant change with a CRO, you may still be offered employment within a project that fits your time frame. Either way, being honest with the interviewer will benefit both you and PPD.

"No, I do not anticipate any significant changes in my life in the next 3 to 5 years. My husband is retired, and we recently bought a house in the area. We plan to stay close to our kids and grandkids, so we will not be moving. If chosen for the position, I plan on staying with your company for the long-term."
