What are some things that you would like others to notice about your personality?

When working with large groups of people, there will be many different personalities and beliefs. This question allows the interviewer to get to know you. Remember, you want them to know the good qualities about you, but don't try to 'over-sell' yourself.

Focus on providing one or two aspects of your personality that stand out to others. If you offer more than a few characteristics of your personality, the interviewer may feel that you are overly vain.

"I think one thing that people notice about me rather quickly is that I am light-hearted and easy to get along with. Life has enough tension. I like to try to have a positive attitude and be the type of person that others feel they can easily approach."
