Focus on describing three or four activities you enjoy. The interviewer wants to see what you are interested in and that you maintain a healthy work/life balance.

"I enjoy working out at the gym, and I also take a yoga class twice weekly. After a good workout or class, I always feel like I can rest better and wake up energized and ready for the next day. I also spend a lot of time with my sister and nieces on my days off. Family time is very important in maintaining a good work/life balance."
