Describe your working relationship with your previous or current colleagues.

In a cruise ship environment, you are working very closely with your co-workers, day in and day out. The interviewer would like to know more about your ability to have a harmonious relationship with your colleagues. Avoid talking about any previous workplace drama and do not speak poorly of your colleagues, past or present. Keep your reply positive and upbeat.
