Being up to date means not only knowing what's happening 'in the now' but also what's coming down the pipe. Talk to the interviewer about how you remain ahead of the latest trends in the industry. Examples could include helpful blogs, podcasts, industry events, or continuing education opportunities. Be sure to express the fact that staying on trend is very important to you.
