They create a massive variety of products, and they have the market for services that most people in the world use daily. You will have to conduct some research and put effort into understanding what could be keeping Microsoft executives up at night. Talk to the interviewer about what you believe is a current challenge for their organization. Having the right answer is not the biggest concern in your response. Primarily, your interviewer is looking for proof that you are engaged in how Microsoft keeps its space in the tech sector.
