What do you like to do in your free time outside of work?

It's important for your interviewer to know they are considering a well-rounded individual to join their team at Microsoft. They also want to gauge your personality and interests for the sake of team compatibility. As you answer this question, be sure to share a few activities you genuinely enjoy. It is also important for leadership to see that you have ways of recharging yourself outside of work so that you can come to work at Microsoft both mentally and physically refreshed.

"I really enjoy going to the movies, hiking, trying new restaurants, and spending time with my family and friends. I crave daily physical activity, so I do my best to stay active by running and biking. Staying physically active helps me manage my stress so I can have the energy to keep up with the hustle and bustle of everyday work life!"

Don't have much. Kids, learning Spanish, lead group teens to LA country, support 2 locals, teaching him English, call most evenings to practice.
