"I have a five-year career plan which I recently updated. I update it once a year at least, depending on how close to the mark I am at hitting my goals. If you'd like to see it. I brought it with me. I'm a firm believer that one's self-development should be as never-ending as one's determination. Perhaps you've heard a person can drive from coast to coast in the dark, only seeing as far as one's headlamps allow. I've always identified with that. If you haven't already, put together a couple of five-year career plans. Start with creating one starting from your college experience. Next, determine where you currently stand on your trajectory of that plan and build another five-year plan from there. Following this exercise, you should be ready to revise your five-year career plan every year, determining where you are and building again from there, so you can adjust accordingly. Doing so will aid in you your interviews.
