If you could expand your knowledge and expertise in any of our specialty services, which would you choose?

"If I could expand my expertise in any healthcare service area I would choose anything within pediatric care. I am interested in this specialty because I would get to know families more personally, and I could enjoy watching young children grow up. This is one of the reasons I have applied to your company. I feel that your focus will be a great fit with my long-term career goals."

Review Memorial Hermann's website before your interview to understand the specialty services offered. Then, choose one area you find interesting and would like to gain more knowledge and expertise.

"I am interested in learning more about dementia, Alzheimer's, and memory disorders. I know quite a bit after caring for my grandmother, who had dementia which progressed to Alzheimer's. However, with the ongoing advancements in this area, I'm sure there is still a lot for me to learn. This area interests me because I know how hard it is for the families of these patients, and I would like to help educate them on what to expect as the disease progresses."
