Those courses set me up for excellence and taught me how to speak to diverse groups, communicate through written means, and document patient findings to ensure accuracy. I have never had a complaint about my communication and documentation skills and have been commended in past employee performance reviews for these skills."

I am confident in my communication skills, I would rate my skill a 9 out of 10, when I was working at _________ I could effectively communicate with nurses regarding arterial blood gases as well with doctors in regard to patient’s conditions, I always read patients charts and documented correctly. I never had any issues.
