Focus on describing a skill that is not on your resume but related to the position you are interviewing for. Or, describe an activity or hobby you enjoy related to the job. For example, if the job calls for you to manage or lead small groups of people, you can describe a volunteer experience where you led small groups of people to achieve the desired goal.
"Something not found on my resume is how I have worked as a volunteer for the past six years with Doctors Without Borders. I manage a team of nurses while offering vaccinations, health exams, and clean water demonstrations to impoverished villages.
