Change needs to happen for progress. Now after adopting the change, we can evaluate if it was helpful or not. If it was not working, then we need to evaluate what ideas can be added for another round of change. It could be bringing up some of the old ideas that are branded in a more current and applicable format.

Your answer is good, but don't forget to directly answer the question. Start by saying 'I am an adaptable person who believes that change needs to happen for there to be progress.' Make it clear where you stand on the issue. Then include an example of a time when a change occurred that you encouraged. Discuss why this change was good. Nice job!
