Show the interviewer that it is possible for you to be a good team member, yet disagree with the leader from time to time. Explain that you believe everyone is entitled to their own professional opinion, yet capable of maintaining respect for each other at the same time.
Show that even if you disagree with the final decision they make, you support the direction the team is heading.

I believe it is possible. I think we can agree to disagree respectfully. For example, I had a discussion with my supervisor on a project concept that would have benefits for our team, however, my supervisor disagreed with the concept and mentioned the project will not be fruitful due to the department's priorities. Even though I disagreed with my supervisor, I was respectful of the decision.
