I would rate myself an 8. For example, I was tasked with the cross-collaboration project and I made sure to schedule regular meetings with the team to provide updates on the project and make sure it was on track for completion. If any members brought up conflicts, I would have a 1-1 meeting with the member to address their concerns and clarify any messaging.

Your example is also strong; the interviewer will appreciate your mention of regular team meetings and private meetings whenever conflict arose.
