"We make decisions every day, from choosing the right outfit from the closet to what we will eat. However, when it comes to decisions at work, I pass all of them through a filter. I consider how this decision will affect others around me, the current process, the outcome, and my work environment. I recall a time at ABC company when I was thinking of moving around the storage area to make additional room for incoming inventory. Before I moved things, I contacted everyone on my team and asked for their input. Involving others in your decision goes a long way."
