"If I had to choose three words to describe myself, I would say Collaborative, Independent, and Adaptable. I do my best work when I'm on a team of like-minded individuals; while some may say that collaboration and independence don't work together, I think they definitely do! I like to brainstorm ideas, divide tasks up to accomplish goals as a team, but I also do my best work independently because I like to set my own goals throughout the day. I'm also very adaptable to different environment and find it easy to pick up the pace without feeling overwhelmed if things get especially busy at work."
