A good sound social conscience is always appealing. The recycling system with my current employer is impressive, community based projects like Neighbourly, charity days, and so on, things like this can make you feel proud of who you work for.
Championing the promotion within, the social events, and so on are really appealing. I've seen so far with HB, there seems to be a genuine sense that employees are wanted and encouraged to be their best, which to me is admirable.
