QUESTION 8 OF 32

Working in hospitality can require long hours and sometimes flexible shifts. . How do you feel about being asked to work nights or weekends?

The hospitality industry is a 24/7 industry, with staffing needs every hour of every day. Chances are you may be asked to work a flexible shift, which might mean weekends or even holidays. The interviewer would like to know if Holiday Inn can count on you being flexible in your schedule. Reassure the interviewer that you have no issue working these kinds of hours and are happy to work whenever you are scheduled.

"While I prefer to work during the day, I know that the hotel is open 24/7 - 365 days a year. I fully expect to have to work a share of nights and weekends. I am very flexible and will commit to working whenever I am scheduled."
