Are you currently interviewing with any direct competitors of Holiday Inn?

Holiday Inn knows that it is in direct competition with other hotel companies to attract and employ the best talent. The interviewer is asking this question because they want to know how quickly they need to move to avoid you being scooped by a competitor! Always let the interviewer know that you are actively looking but be sure to reiterate why Holiday Inn is your top choice. Feel free to ask the interviewer about their hiring timeline as well!
