However, I make it a priority not to let stress get in the way of doing my job well and maintaining great relationships with clients. To help alleviate any pressure, I've learned to celebrate big and small victories, rely on my teammates when needed, and manage my time well. I'm comfortable explaining market volatility to my clients and reassuring them of its inevitability when they come to me worried about market losses.
