Some examples include conscientious, confident, optimistic, compassionate, bossy, fearless, empathetic, and trustworthy. The interviewer wants to hear how you would describe your personality to see if you are the type of employee they are looking for. Be sure your personality aligns with the characteristics Eastern Health is looking for in a candidate, which can be found in the job description.

I would say that I am an introverted extrovert. I generally have a calm demeanor and this is a trait that people I know well and supervisors from placement have told me is what makes me easily approachable. My environment and situation also set the tone for bringing out my outgoing and assertive manner.
