How can Dis-Chem Pharmacies motivate you on the job?

"I'm a competitive person by nature, so I'm best motivated by working on a team of people who are always striving to do their best. I never want to be the weakest member of a team, so if everyone else is working at maximum efficiency, I'll work my hardest to exceed my own expectations and stand out on the team."
