Describe to me your ideal employer.

"It's important to me to work for a company that's really giving back to the community, which is why I'm really enthusiastic about the possibility of starting a career with Dis-Chem. The Foundation is incredible, especially their community food garden. I love that they find such proactive ways to help South Africans instead of just throwing money at problems. They're really helping people, and I would feel really good about contributing my talents to the team here."
