Anonymous Answer
I value having benefits available. I look forward to future life goals of having a child and a spouse, and it would bring a peace of mind to have that security for my family.

Rachelle's Feedback
Security for your future and your family are important areas of focus, indeed. CN Rail should certainly be able to offer this to you in return. When you mention benefits, are you able to be more specific? For instance, health benefits or other factors such as retirement benefits or stock options? Try to be as specific as possible by discussing some options that you know are available for CN Rail employees.
Prepare for behavioral and technical questions specific to railway operations and culture.
