Have you ever had to work in extreme weather conditions in any of your previous positions?

The British Airways ground and cargo team is required to work outside during all weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, snow, sleet, and any other conditions. For this question, your interviewer is simply looking to hear that you understand this aspect of the job and that you are confident in your ability to perform under any condition. If you do have direct experience working in varying conditions, be sure to talk about that with your interviewer. If you don't have direct experience, that is fine. Just be sure to instill confidence in your interviewer by talking about how you'll be able to handle the challenges this provides at British Airways.
