The last time I've contributed to a team effort would be at TNT Automotive. My role was to assist with car maintenance, tool inventory, and performing general cleaning duties.

It was Christmas time and we were short an employee which threw us off, so I started jumping in and helping the registers helping out with go backs to ease everyone and reminded them were a team. Everyone seemed more relaxed and the day went smoothly.

My easygoing nature comes off as not being a serious person, so I try not over do it.

My weaknesses would be diagnosing various technical problems in a vehicle. I still require more hands on experience working on vehicles to make up for that weakness.

I think my biggest weakness is being able to do the right thing versus the nice thing when it comes to people sometimes I feel I am too compassionate for others.

I have helped someone achieved their goal by assisting them with various tasks with repairing their vehicle.

Yes, being in a management position I always look for opportunities to coach and encourage all employees to better themselves and achieve goals simply by motivating them to believe in themselves.

Every day in the Army. Especially once I was promoted to Sergeant and became a Team Leader. I went from turning wrenches every day to training, leading and teaching others to do what I had done. I just received an email, about a month before I left the Army, from a Soldier that had once been in my squad. I had spent a lot of time helping then Specialist Hildebrand improve himself - got him signed up for college, ensured he had time to complete classes. Helped him prepare for the promotion board. Well, Specialist Hildebrand is now Sergeant Hildebrand and continuing his career in the Army as a Team Leader.

Because I love love learning new things and when I do I make all my bosses happy.

My previous work experience and training make me qualified for the position as I will have little to no trouble being up to date with the job tasks. My goal as an automotive technician is to service the community auto needs.

Tell me about your experience working with cars?

My last truck I changed everything on it that had to do with fuel - from the tank to the carburetor. I also replaced the water pump. Other vehicles I've replaced head gaskets, manafolds. Regular stuff too like plugs and cables, rotors and cap. A lot of oil changes.

I have a year's worth of training working with cars and was provided an opportunity for internship to work at a car shop. It was hard work, but I've managed to learn a lot about car maintenance.

I enjoy working on cars often, I can do basic routine maintenance on them like changing the oil, changing brake pads, air filters, wiper blades, and then I can do some more complex stuff like changing starters.

Things I know how to do, change and rotate my tires out. I help often with my older brother change out car parts. I don't exactly have the name of the parts down because he does all the big stuff and I get to clean parts.

Just basic maintenance that you do at your home, oil changes, air filter, brakes, etc.

I have had a few years working with my mothers boyfriend but it is something I enjoy doing.

When did you begin an interest in cars and working on them?

As a teenager, my dad had old cars and my first car was a 1967 Plymouth Valient - so it was a bit out of nessessity.

Cars are cool, so I started working on mine a few years ago from changing light bulbs, oil changes, and more. I also work on my motorcycle.

I started working on cars about a little more than a year ago.

I've had an interest since I was about 16/17 . I never really worked in them I mostly watched my uncle work on cars.

I rebuilt my first engine at 16. Yes, I had help. But I did the work.

When I was little my dad was always working on his hotrods and his buddies would come over every friday night. I got to stay up late and they would tell me life stories while we wreched.
