If you've spent time working as a water treatment operator in the past, clearly lay out all of the on-the-job training, online coursework, and certifications you've gone through to give your interviewer a sense of the dedication you will put into new training you will be expected to participate in if hired. If you do not have any direct experience, there is no need to fret. Just be sure to think about any training you've received on machines, equipment, or processes that you feel will be beneficial.
