What is your experience working with product integration services?

Even the best IT organizations cannot go it alone. They all depend on partnerships with their vendors, third-party service providers, and consultants. When the interviewer asks you about working with partners, you should be able to describe the relationships you have, the benefits they bring, and how you go about nurturing partnerships to benefit the organization. Having specific examples will help validate your qualifications in this skill.

"I believe that having strong partnerships both internal and external to the company will help me and my organization be successful. I make a great deal of effort to develop relationships with the vendors whose products I use, systems integrators, and consultants with expertise in specific areas. This broadens my knowledge base and brings resources to the organization that my coworkers and I do not have. Since the IT industry is relatively small, I'm able to bring these relationships with me when I change organizations."
