Feel free to name-drop when answering this question. Tell the interviewer if your boss recognized you for a job well done. Tell the interviewer if your boss positively commented on your punctuality, the fact that you never called out sick, and that you were dependable. Think of the traits that make an ideal employee in the eyes of a boss. Added bonus if your boss will write a letter of recommendation for you.
