How do you monitor the progress of treatment?

"When it comes to treatment, I encourage feedback from the patient. The patient's self-rating of progress toward achieving treatment goals gives me an idea of how they feel they are doing and if I need to adjust my counseling style."

Besides monitoring the progress of treatment through one-on-one sessions, tell the interviewer the other ways you monitor your patient's treatment. For example, you may check attendance records, revisit their treatment goals with them, or ask the patient how they are progressing. The interviewer may ask you for a specific example, so have a situation ready to share.
