As a Substance Abuse Counselor, you know that a slip is a situation where someone has a very brief 'slip' where they drink or use, but they stop quickly afterward, avoiding a full relapse into addiction. Explain to the interviewer that this happens when a person decides to use again but instantly regrets their decision. Then, tell the interviewer how you would treat the slip in your patient.
