"I believe strong connections need to be made with coworkers so we can all succeed. It was my first time working with mentally ill patients at my last job, and I was unsure of myself. There was little to no training, so I had to watch and learn. There was one coworker who had worked at the clinic for three years. I liked how she worked with patients and how they respected her.
