How would your past coworkers describe you?

The interviewer wants to see how you work as a team and what traits your past coworkers would use to describe you. Name three or four important qualities for the job as a Psychiatric Aide, and give a brief description of how you embody those qualities. Avoid using terms such as funny, always joking around, or lazy. These are unbecoming qualities for a Psychiatric Aide to have while at work.
