"Even in times of crisis, I remain calm and professional and do my best to come up with a quick solution. I am very good at thinking on my feet, listening to and empathizing with people's needs, and taking matters into my own hands to resolve a situation in the best possible way. I plan to always have a list of maintenance workers on hand, should any properties require emergency maintenance and to develop crisis plans for each property that I manage to ensure all of my bases are covered.
