"The greatest accomplishment I have had so far is graduating with my degree in criminal justice as an honors student while still working part-time as a volunteer dispatcher. This achievement showed me that I could dedicate myself to my career and reach the goals that I set for myself. It felt great to accomplish so much and earn recognition for my educational dedication."

"I have many career accomplishments that make me proud. Overall, I would say that my greatest work accomplishment is the positive reputation that I have in this industry. My biggest accomplishment as a Police Dispatcher would be summed up by all of the children that I have been able to help. I have a deep level of compassion for children who are in scary situations, so every time I can assist a minor, I feel an even deeper sense of accomplishment."

My greatest professional accomplishment so far would be at a previous job where I started as a receptionist and was promoted to a position that I had no experience for because I was able to prove through my work ethic and dedication to learning that I had what I took to take on the new challenge.

Cindy's Feedback
Ok, good. You are relying on a past successful experience, which any employer would value.

My greatest accomplishment is in a previous job working with adjudicated delinquents. Though I did not have the seniority to make the call in challenging situations, my coworkers relied upon my judgment to resolve the matter. Obtaining and keeping the trust of my coworkers and those in authority over me, and applying critical thinking strategy, to bring about compliance is my greatest accomplishment. One which I believe can easily translate over to work as a Police Dispatcher.
