I am very familiar with Linkedin and subscribe to their premium features. Despite having done a lot of recruiting in previous roles, LinkedIn recruiter was something primarily focused on by HR and not something I was managing. I am naturally a fast learning when it comes to technology and software and would be very eager to jump in as I know the features are very helpful.
