"I have a system of checking in with my clients on a weekly basis. My check-ins are not always to ask for a new job order but more often to see how a new placement is working out, or sending them an interesting article about their industry. The more interest I show in their day-to-day activities, the better they will trust me to understand their needs when it comes to talent sourcing."
