What do you know about our practice?
Before any job interview, you want to research and learn as much as possible about the company. Find out who the CEO is, how large the practice is, how many employees they have, their mission statement, what clientele they serve, etc. Visit the practice, talk to the staff, review their website and social media, and read online reviews. If a question is asked about their practice, you should be ready to respond.
