Before any job interview, you want to research and learn as much as possible about the company. Find out how large the practice is, who the primary physician is, how many employees they have, their mission or vision statement, what clientele they serve, etc. Visit the company, talk to the staff, review their website and social media, and read online reviews. If a question is asked about their company, you should be ready to respond.
