Before any job interview, you want to learn as much as possible about the company and the position you would fill. Find out how large the practice is, who the primary physician is, how many employees they have, their mission or vision statement, what clientele they serve, etc. Visit the company, talk to the staff, review their website and social media, and read online reviews. If the interviewer asks if you have any questions, it is always good to answer in the affirmative. Asking a question or two shows you are eager to learn as much as you can about the company. Be sure the question you ask cannot be answered from the job announcement or their website, and try to avoid questions about salary or benefits. Those questions are typically answered by Human Resources when offered the job.
