One who listens and collaborates. I ensure people feel they are heard and valued and feel a part of the decision making process vs just being a follower. I encourage people to use their voice, to flex their editorial might, and at the same time be comfortable raising concerns if something is going wrong. And while I can make decisions on my own, encouraging others to give their perspective, that it would be considered fair, helps them grow and the organization to be reflective.
