How to Answer
By the time you are invited to an interview, the hiring manager is convinced that you have the skills and experience necessary to do the job. The purpose of the interview is to verify this, learn more about your personality, and understand why you want to work for the company. A good network administrator can usually write their own ticket and work with just about any organization. You should be able to make a compelling statement as to why you chose the interview with this organization and the reasons you would like to work with them.
