"I calculate Loan-To-Value ratios regularly. I divide the loan amount by the most current appraised value of the property. I have a reliable process to ensure my calculations are accurate. his is a task I am very comfortable with as I have been doing this for quite some time. I always check my calculations twice and cross-check my numbers against the paystubs to ensure 100% accuracy."

I am confident about how to do this calculation by dividing the loan amount by the current appraised value of the property. I don't find myself having to do this calculation on a regular basis, however, when needed I am able to do the calculate LTV ratio.
