As a library assistant, you may have done this before! If you have, that is great! Go ahead and share what programs you have created expressing how successful the programs were. Share where the idea for the program came from as well as how you executed the program, and mention if you would do anything differently in the future if you utilized the same program concept again.
If you have not created any special programs, that is okay too! Simply share that you have not had an opportunity to do this yet, but you look forward to having the opportunity to do so some day!
