The interviewer would like more specific information to determine if you are a good fit for this position. If you've worked in facilities that serve the elderly, be specific about the kind of patients. It is not sufficient to say that you worked with the elderly when you could say that you had experience with dementia patients, hip replacements, or perhaps ventilator patients.
