Come to the interview prepared with an honest answer that is not a deal-breaker for the interviewer such as 'I get overwhelmed easily. I have trouble being on time. I am sensitive to criticism.' The interviewer may read future difficulties into these answers. Your answer should include 'weaknesses' that are workable for the interviewer and the organization.
