Question 22 of 25

When have you had a dispute with a co-worker? What was the disagreement, and how did you two resolve the issue?

      Answer Example

"Last week, I disagreed with an engineer on my team over a particular aspect of one of our designs. We had a meeting with our manager to help resolve the concern surrounding how to proceed. It was all very civil, and we simply needed another set of eyes on the issue."
