The interviewer wants to hear that you are passionate about working for them. Think of the aspects you like most about this bookstore. Perhaps you have a friend who works there and loves it. Maybe you are looking forward to a significant discount on books. Just share what you like most about the company, and share that this is a big part of why you want to work for this organization.
"I am a passionate shopper of your store and an avid reader who loves to share that with others. As an inspiring writer, I would love to surround myself with up and coming authors and readers. As a customer, I believe in your store's values around customer care and the services you provide to the community."
